P-II Zone Delhi has been designated as one of the Delhi’s newest sub-cities comprising of 1,924 hectares involving green belt and 6,270 hectares involving proposed urban sable place. P-II Zone Delhi continues to be designated as Delhi’s Employment Centre under Delhi Master Plan 2021 being 40%larger than Dwarka and divided over well panned 13 industries, P-II Zone Delhi when completely developed will supply housing facilities to be able to more than 4.22 Lakh families from just about all income groups..

Zone P covers Narela, Libaspur, Swaroop Nagar, Sant Nagar and Alipur and is located on the both side of GT Karnal Road in North Delhi. The site is at a distance of just 5 km from NH-1 and a mere 10 km from Delhi by-pass. This new sub-city will be a 100m urban expressway road that will start at NH-1 and cut through NH-10, NH-8 and go upto NH-2.
